Iridology is a quick, accurate, non-invasive system of health analysis through the examination of the colored part of the eye known as the iris. Proclaimed throughout the ages as the "windows of the soul," the eyes are now acknowledged as mirrors of the body and likened to a computerized map recording the condition of the various organs and tissues throughout the body.

How does it work?

The iris is an extension of the brain endowed with many thousands of nerve endings, microscopic blood vessels, as well as muscle and connective tissue. Every organ is connected to the iris via the nervous system with the nerve fibers receiving their impulses by way of the optic nerve, optic thalami, and the spinal cord.

How can Iridology help me?

The iris records information about the state and functioning of every organ in the body in regards to inflammation and toxicity. This enables the underlying cause of symptoms we may experience to be detected and removed.

 

The greatest feature and main advantage of Iridolgy over other forms of health screening is that changes can appear in the iris of the eye before physical symptoms develop, and therefore preventative action may be taken to improve health and avoid those diseases which might otherwise follow.

The iris will show darkened areas or patterns such as crypts and lesion designs in specific areas of the iris map. Using herbal medicine, within time, these areas will lighten along with healing lines. Improved health can thereby increase. These indications can be shown with an Iriscope.

 

Iridology does NOT reveal specific pathology (medically named diseases. The iris reflects the condition of the tissues (eg. inflammation, acidity, toxicity, congested lymph and bowels, etc.) Iridology is therefore not concerned with named diseases, but with restoration and maintenance of health through building up the person's immunity and life-force.
