Living a life in human form can be very challenging. It is often a bumpy road leading to emotional traumas. We all experience them. Often we learn how to suppress them. Other times they burst forth into our everyday experiences that can bring pain and suffering. All in all, they actually are energy blockages that slow us down from being and living our true selves. If we can change our energy, we can change our thinking and feeling about them. Then be free.

In a Muscle Response Test, you would not be able to hold your arm up while thinking of an issue while another person pushes down on it. When you try to resist, your muscle will go weak, if you have an issue with that thought. If you weaken on many thoughts surrounding an issue, you will find it difficult to overcome the issue as you will weaken in your mind, emotions and body. Note: Your body must be balanced to get accurate answers. Tap on your chest with your fingers a few times to balance.

If you want to go forth with emotional freedom, then strengthen your energy thoughts and your life will go forth with ease and renewal.

Have your mind and emotions working for you and not against you!

You deserve the best. You deserve to have emotional freedom. You deserve to have a good chance to be your true self. This Technique is subtle, but accumulative to make positive, powerful change!

Muscle Response Testing

Muscle Testing is a good way to indicate where your psychological weaknesses are. We all have these weaknesses but they can be strengthened. If you work through these general ISSUES, you will help to transform yourself.

You probably don’t know how to test your muscle response to a psychological issue to determine which ones are weak for you. But it won’t matter. Just do the Breath Technique for each of the following issues anyhow, whether you would test weak or strong. This is a quicker way to change yourself, rather than spending a long time in counseling.

Psychological thoughts can stress the energy system of the body. These issues can weaken the electrodynamics of the body’s acupuncture system. When a lot of issues weaken the system, it is difficult to overcome our issues and move forward in our lives. When these energy circuits are strengthened, we then seem to be able to deal with our issues in a stronger, more positive way, and go forward in life.

Muscle Response Testing can determine if our circuits weaken when we think certain thoughts. If many of our thoughts are weak, we will perform in a very weak manner, never taking charge of our lives. We can quite easily strengthen ourselves in relation to our psychological issues with Halo Anxiety Balancing technique.. It is a simple technique that makes subtle changes in the personality. But by practicing it over time, these subtle changes will become accumulative and make profound changes. These profound changes can empower us to help overcome our obstacles to living a happy life.

Halo Anxiety Balancing Instructions

STEP #1

Start by balancing the Childhood Fears to create a solid foundation. Print the Childhood List.

the General Issue List. Go through the List twice: for fear and then for anxiety. Fear underlies anxiety.

STEP #2

General Issues: Say or think of the issue. "The fear of..."   Take a breath in and out twice for each item. Your muscle test will now be strong for that issue. Then do the same for the next issue until the List is completed for FEAR.

STEP 3

General Issues List: Say or think of the issue. "The anxiety of..."   Take a breath in and out twice. Your muscle test will now be strong for that issue. Then do the same for the next issue until the List is completed for ANXIETY.

Balance as many issues as your intuition allows you at one time, probably the average is 7-17 per day.

You can continue the next day. Use your intuition to guide you if you need a little more of a break before continuing.

If you print off the Word Document, then you can check them off the list as you do them. Put a check mark beside the ones that you have done.

Where to Start

It is best to start with Childhood Fear Issues, then do General Psychological Issues. Go through the General Psychological Issue List twice: once for the fear of... and once for the anxiety of.  When these two Lists are balanced, you can then go one the balance a Specific Issue by making your own List in relation to that issue.
